Please, be aware that delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping – your order usually is shipped within 1-3 business days, but we will do our best to ship it ASAP. Economy orders leave our warehouse on Tuesdays & Fridays, Express / EU Standard – every day.
Couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes, for express delivery, please, write your home/work address for faster delivery.
Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the delivery services available.
Most of our delivery services are trackable, small orders (under €10) will be shipped in envelopes and will not have tracking numbers, but they will arrive straight to your mailbox. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left the warehouse.
If you’ve placed multiple orders within dispatch time frame using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped in one parcel. If the tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails is the same, your orders have been sent with one of our delivery partners and will be arriving at the same time.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Delivery to EU mainland addresses isn't subject to customs or import charges, but each territory works differently.
The US orders we ship to our US warehouse and from there with USPS, so for US economy orders you will not have additional charges, same for the US shippments in value under USD 800.
It is the buyers' responsibility to check for any customs and import taxes that may occur. LeatherAA is not responsible for delays due to custom checks.
If due to customs or any other reason parcel is not delivered or picked up and is returned, LeatherAA isn’t responsible and will not refund your purchase.
